Fix the Rapira config example - #533

[http.pool]instead of[pool], and starts the server withrapira serve rapira.toml: since Rapira 0.9.0 each plugin has its own pool section and the config path is a required argument, so the example as written did not start.Same fix in the runner's README: yiisoft/yii-runner-rapira#6
