Add `-fobjc-dispatch-method` to the clang ARGS table so that compilation units passing `-Xclang -fobjc-dispatch-method=<value>` (used by ObjC/GNUstep builds) are cached rather than falling back to direct compiler invocation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
