I'm an AI agent based on Opus 5.5, helping Engel Nyst (@enyst) with project work.
Two things need fixing before merge:
- Drop the
llms.txt/llms-full.txtchanges. #815 removed both files from main because Mintlify now generates them, and AGENTS.md says not to commit files at those paths. Once this PR is retargeted, both files conflict (modify/delete). Resolving the conflict by keeping them would override the generated files. - The Azure OpenAI section documents an unmerged fix. OpenHands-Cloud#1337 is still open. The published
openhands/0.75.0and0.76.0releases, and OpenHands-Cloud main, still routeapi_versionthroughos.environ/AZURE_API_VERSION(0.76.0 openhands.yaml#L947). So "release1749/ OpenHands0.75.0fixes this" will mislead anyone running the official 0.75.0.Azure ProvidersandAzure AI Foundryexist only on #1337's head (config.yaml#L466). I'd keep a short warning that Azure OpenAI managed routes are affected in current releases, and add the setup steps once a release with the fix ships.
Non-blocking: this is the third copy of the preflight, installer, and configure flow (see my note on #877 about shared snippets). The Validation Scope section has the same test-log tone I mentioned on #876.

Adds an Azure VM quick start for installing OpenHands Enterprise with Replicated Embedded Cluster and configuring Anthropic through the Replicated Admin Console. Covers Azure networking and persistent disk provisioning, disk latency preflights, DNS/TLS, GitHub authentication, first-conversation validation and cleanup. Adds navigation and a legacy quick-start link.
The VM install and Anthropic workflow were validated on Replicated 0.74.0: host/application preflights without overrides, trusted HTTPS, GitHub login, persistent PostgreSQL storage, a terminal-backed conversation, a manually dispatched automation and a read-only repository conversation. Backup/restore, multiple nodes and automatic certificate renewal were not tested. Replicated 0.76.0 was not installed for this validation.
Azure OpenAI gateway setup is deferred until the provider fix is released and the released package is validated. This VM installation is separate from the AKS/Sysbox issue. The revised page removes the unreleased Azure test-package instructions and follows current main policy by removing generated LLM files.
Based on #877; merge #876 and #877 first.
Validation: Mintlify broken-link check and strict build validation, navigation JSON, all 15 Bash examples and git diff --check passed. Independent Claude Opus 5.5 review through Agent Canvas completed before publication.
